How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, please contact our support team with the following information:

  1. Email our support team at support@haveniaq.com
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the following information:
    • Your full name as it appears on your account
    • The email address associated with your account
    • Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • All personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted
  • Historical air quality data and readings will be removed
  • Device configurations and settings will be deleted
  • You will no longer receive email notifications or updates
  • You will lose access to any reports or data exports

Note: Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records for warranty or support purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been permanently deleted.
