Warranty Coverage
HAVEN IAQ products are covered by a comprehensive warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions
- Sensor calibration issues*
- Display or connectivity problems*
*Company will analyze data to determine if these are outside of an acceptable range
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or exposure to liquids
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Software updates or compatibility issues
Return Process
To initiate a return or warranty claim:
- Contact our support team at 1-888-96-HAVEN or email support@haveniaq.com
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Our technical team will assess the issue and determine if it's covered under warranty
- If approved, we'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Ship the product back to us using the provided return label
- Once received, we'll repair or replace the product and return it to you
Return Shipping
For warranty-covered returns, HAVEN IAQ will cover all shipping costs. We'll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product, we typically process warranty claims within 5-7 business days. Replacement products are shipped within 2-3 business days after processing.
